        We took our cat to Greenacres for the first time since moving to North Wales: he was taken ill and Rob was brilliant, he took him to the vet and made sure he was looked after. Sadly he had heart problems and had to be put down on our return however, we are really grateful for the care and kindness Rob showed.

        Lovely staff. Made to feel very welcome. Have an old cat who has a few problems but staff were happy to listen and accommodate her. The accommodation for the cats is well presented. They have an indoor area and have access to outside.

        I requested and Greenacres agreed with with me that they will send pictures of my cat when we were away they did not send any pictures and they did not return our phone calls we will not be using them again I will find another cattery
