I am a big fan of NYR and had ordered directly from their website before but having had ordered from Sam was a game changer. I was able to discuss my needs before ordering and with her beautician experience she was able to advise me on the best products suitable for my skin. It is better way of shopping with a friendly face you know and offering the same special deals and discounts available on NYR website. I had been meaning to buy myself a serum for a while. Sam was able to offer me samples of different serums which was amazing as I could try the product on my skin before I buy. I received my order with a little mini gift too which was a lovely surprise. I have used the Rose range of Neals Yard for many years. I have always bought through a high street shop. When Sam started selling the product I was overjoyed to have someone I know and trust. With Sam I get regular updates on old and new products, which is fantastic. Samples of products she recommends which is invaluable when you have sensitive skin. Sam is always at the end of the phone with such a upbeat and positive outlook. I am so pleased I am now a regular with Sam. I would highly recommend this journey of skin care with Sam.

Ive had treatments at lots of different places but the Cayo offers a professional service with a personal touch. Sam is very knowledgeable about the products and makes you feel very welcome.
