I have recently instructed Damp Armour to install a tanking system to my front room and was extremely impressed with Dylan, John, Antonio and Matthew throughout. Dylan provided me with a comprehensive review of the works that needed to be carried out on the same day as visiting me. His quote was very fair but he encouraged me to gather other quotes. Every member of the team arrived to my house on-time and well-prepared to deal with their portion of the work. Nobody ever left the property without finishing their task for the day which meant that I always felt that the work was progressing at a good pace. Every member of the team was willing to listen to the stack of questions that only a new homeowner would need answered - they were patient with me and gave full answers to every query. Dylan visited my home the day after work was completed to check that I was satisfied with the works before requesting the second payment. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Damp Armour to others.

I contacted Damp Arnour regarding some penetrating damp on an interior wall at a property. Dylan replied very promptly and offered to inspect the property. My initial message was sent on a Thursday, and Dylan was out at the property by the following Monday. On time, professional and friendly. After inspecting the property it was apparent that it was an external issue and that no damp proofing would be required at this stage. Dylan's knowledge was excellent and he communicated thoroughly with me throughout the process. I would highly recommend Damp Armour's services, and although I hope I don't need to, I'll certainly use them again if required. Diolch yn fawr.
