Go to place in Carmarthenshire for cameras. They know their stuff and are always helpful when I have a problem. They have installed a burglar alarm for me in the past which is still in use after many years. Big company, not a one man band. 100% recommend

Over three weeks ago I contacted Dyfed Alarms with a view to installing security cameras at our property. I had to chase them up to get one of their salesmen to come out and survey the property! Surely they should of been keen and got someone to me as soon as possible. The survey was done and the salesman assured me that a quote for the work would be with me within a week. Guess what? It's is now over a week and despite me sending them an email, reminding them of their obligation, I still haven't received the promised quote. Don't bother with this company. They have no sense of customer service and no professionalism at all. Obviously Dyfed Alarms are not bothered about household customers.

Well established company around South West Wales, I have used on a number of occasions with always top service from Rhys, Craig, Steve and co. Competitively priced with excellent aftercare which is very important. I would 100% recommend this company.
