A drastic decline in cleanliness and staff attitude and appearance

11.97 for a basic Sunday lunch... No menus detailing that mash or cauliflower cheese etc were offered as extras. They explained they were in print.. but we weren't even told that the lunch would be that basic and such a small portion for 2 people to share very cheap veg.. We were offered a drink by the manager as an apology which was nice. The waiting staff were very courtest. But sorry for the price it was not good value and we won't be returning.

Just had a superb 3 course meal. Food was piping hot and tasted delicious. We were served promptly by the staff on duty. They were both professional and courteous. The venue is large, very clean with a nice atmosphere. Plenty of room in the large car park. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Lovely meal. Order at the bar, meals arrived in good time and nice and hot. The staff were very pleasant and chatty.

Excellent service. Good extensive menu also catering for children and a local Welsh food menu as a bonus. They had to cater for our family of 8, and every meal was spot on and fairly good value.
