        I have been let down on 3 occasion by Paul who agreed to walk my puppy Merlin for and hour while I was at work , after a 10 hour shift I returned home to an extremely anxious distressed Merlin and my 80 year old mother in law as the House Martins didnt turn up as arranged. When I text them I was told they had there dates muddled up. I resent them our text conversations ,questioning which part of the message wasnt understood. Yes my Merlin is precious to me and when I drive off to work I want to be confident that he wi be taken for his routine walk which he loves and enjoys. Unfortunately the House Martins hadnt done this. Would not recommend them and wont be using again .After some research in animal services have found them to be very expensive at 11 per hour 9 for 3/4 hour and 9 for 1/2 hour.
