Have done 8 weeks so far with Richard. He has supported me with my diet and fitness. My life has inproveded so much, much more than I could of ever expected. He has shown me how to overcome my barriers and what my body can do. I have not only lost weight I have also gained so much confidence in myself that I have never had before. But more than that I can now do so much more with my children and family with the confidance that I never had before. I know I still have a long way to go but I am hopeful that I can now advice my goals thanks to Richard.

This is my first experience of having a pt, Iv never been one for going to the gym partly as I wasnt sure on what I was doing. I started training with Rich 10 weeks ago and Im so glad I did. Hes very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. Any concerns or worries hes always there to help. I couldnt recommend him enough and I already feel like Iv achieved a lot in just 10 weeks.
