First, I called up to ask for an urgent appointment, I've had a painful swollen eye for four days...they found a gap & slotted me in-between appointments the same day.
Then; when I popped in, the receptionist was lovely.
I was taken through to the back and seen straight away. They are obviously fantastic but more than that, they are nice.
The optician saw my swollen eye and knew exactly what was needed. There was a brief selection of (I guess) routine tests.
On my way out, I bought a heated eye mask and was given a prescription for the corrective medicine.
Almost straight away, I started to feel better. Even if my eye will take a few weeks to heal.

If you are looking for an optician, I thoroughly recommend this place.
