I felt very rushed. My fingers felt sore from what he was doing.
It also hurt a couple of times and I didnt get any apology when I stated the file was hurting me.
Also uncomfortable when I tried to make conversation and didnt get any communication back but was happy to talk to staff. I know he understands English well as he did answer my questions before I sat down.
He was great at putting the gel on and painting my nails, I just am disheartened by the lack of customer care and wish I wasnt treated as a number, as I work hard for my money and this was a treat, its not somewhere Id happily give my money and made to feel like a number and not as a customer youd want to make happy.
