        Refused to take my Sega megadrive as they couldn't get a video to show up, went home and got it working first try

        Open until 6 pm it says on the website which was updated recently and 2 staff members were leant over the counter having a good chin wag with the doors locked and one of the staff looked at me and done the hand gesture of his hand moving across his neck, I specifically went to this store as they stated they were open so Im very unsatisfied and will not be using this store again, this was my first attempted visit and this will also be my last. After reading further reviews this isnt the first time its happened and I can understand why people have said the staff isnt helpful, very poor experience. Only giving one star as its not possible to give a 0 star rating.
