Excellent service from this company. I ordered a ceramic container and I was immediately informed of the slight delay and f about a week. This wasnt a problem. I then decided I wanted an additional, matching container and I was kindly advised that they would add this to my original order and save me two lots of postage. I appreciated this greatly. I was continually updated about my order and when the items were 1) in stock 2) in packaging & 3) being dispatched. Parcel force were used and I was given a specific delivery time slot and my items arrived on time. Both items were wrapped and transported very carefully and Im delighted with my ceramic containers.
