Can't thank the staff enough! Really impressed with how smoothly everything went at the minor injuries unit.

Was sent to minor injuries by the surgery (turns out no such thing for babies, it's always a&e). I knew the doctor could have sorted it himself, but went to a&e like I was told. The doctor at a&e made me feel awful for wasting his time and asked "why did you come here?". I just did what I was told to do. Disappointed...

The receptionist the nurses and the drs here moved heaven and earth for me today. Honestly some of the kindest & astutest medical professionals, I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Very reactive to the needs of those with mental health and neurodivergent needs. Couldn't of asked for more. Those waiting in the a&e reception got given out free bottles of water periodically. The greatest pride we should have as a country is the NHS and this A&E should be proud.

Partner went to hospital in ambulance with Covid. 18 hours there medical staff made sure she was checked and safe to go home but she was in pyjamas with no money. Was not given food or water(drink machine out of order)and told to get herself home. I was in bed sick with Covid and had to drive while not fit . While we understand the pressure the staff are under there was a lack of real care for peoples well being.
