Really good little shop ; very reasonably priced for most things; some things surprisingly nicely cheap!! found some niche things you wouldn't usually find elsewhere, which was a delight very friendly staff Great Little Shop!

Thank you for existing I am forever grateful for fate bringing me to Carmarthen! This year I began to be aware of voting with money. In the town I previously lived, I struggled to find low waste shops, so I had to buy products from the main retailers( all wrapped in plastic, most fruits and vegetables with no taste etc.). I love all the nutritious food you are bringing in the shop for us . Especially the products from Swn-y-coed and Ceredigion ! Thank you from every happy+healthy cell in my body. See you soon

26th Aug 2021. I'll start with positive, the food here is good, but... This is the fourth day that I've bought lunch here, three of the last four days I've been over charged. The 1st day, I pointed it out to the checkout lady that the 'deal' of free crisps hadn't been applied (admittedly it was only 79p). 2nd day, and like a scene from Royston Vasey the lady on the till commented that "I was the one that got free crisps" then short changed me 55p. I said nothing, but left slightly bemused to be made to feel like I was the one in the wrong (there are loads of printouts of the offer all over the shop.) 3rd days lunch, focaccia bread roll, hummus crisps and fentimans cherry cola, and I'll be honest; I only went in to see if I would be unfair leaving a negative review. (Everything was fine) Today is my fourth day and last time I'll shop here. I bought a vegan pie (1.99 and a bottle of kombucha 1.69) and I was charged 4.98 ? This review seems like a bit mean (especially since I put the change in the charity box anyway...) Either way, there's loads of alternative places to get lunch, I won't shop here again. Shame really as normally I like food shops like this.
