Great Place for student accommodation! I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it to any student studying in Carmarthen. Sally and Nick were great landlords the entire time I rented accommodation from them for 2 years. A great place to be!

lovely and helpful landlords that were always around to help with any problems. very spacious and well looked after house that's walking distance to both the university and town centre. would recommend:)

Really good, great space to live with friends and close to the University, ive lived in 2 house with nick and sally both really fab places to live and close to other students so great for socialising.

I really enjoyed my time in the house and I think Sally is very well suited to running the business, however the house is poorly maintained (second hand appliances that we were blamed for) but that is expected for the price However her daughter was nothing but rude and aggressive at every opportunity and referred to as the 'bulldog'. Her husband Nick was also openly rasist towards the BT wifi staff when sorting out WiFi (also other questionable quotes) If only had to deal with Sally I would rent again however that not the case. Also the reviews from everyone else are good because they need a good review from their landlords to get another tennecy agreement so bare that in mind and leave that 5*. Best of luck to future renters
