        I really hate to leave a poor review, because every other time I've ordered from Spiffy things have been perfect. However, I placed an order on the 23rd December and still haven't received it (19th February). I've tried to contact both via Facebook and their email and haven't received a reply. I think I will now have to seek a refund via my bank. Very disappointed.

        I liked all the little details like the mental health support card and the card about the staff member who packed the box and her likes! Purchased to try out ahead of ordering for work really impressed! Nice quality books
