Open plan doctors, Reception staff as welcoming and friendly, u dont have to be on the phone for a long time, you can also get same day appointments which is hard to come by in most doctors

You can never get through on the phone, long queues when you turn up in person. No follow up on appointments when they say they will and I was de-registered without knowing it, meaning no access to my prescription for over 4 months and no way of booking any further appointments. It's a disgrace, especially when I have a chronic illness!!

Excellent drs who can be seen easily. Staff are great and will help you as much as they can

2 month wait for an appointment. Told they were running a behind on appointments, waited 50 minute to be told that I had already been marked as seen, the told the doctor had gone home for the day and I would have to go back on to a waiting list to wait another 2 months for an appointment. Receptionist did manage to book another appointment but what a total waste of my time.
