We were highly recommended this jeweller from a friend. Me and my fianc werent disappointed at all, slightly overwhelmed as we didnt know what to expect. Straight away we were put at ease and listened to. Using old rings from relatives we wanted to give a sentimental touch to our wedding bands so we decided to get them melted down. Ella was super helpful and I cant thank her enough. She went above and beyond and got them exactly if not more than what we ever imagined. I will forever be grateful to Trysor and the lovely ladies. *** DO NOT USE THIS JEWELLERS*** Took white gold chain in for repair. Was quoted 15 so agreed for them to go ahead. When I went to pick it up, I was told that the cost of repair was 60. When I challenged this, the price was reduced to 40 but still way above the original quote. They would not budge any further on this and had no option but to pay. Absolutely appalling way to do business - never again!!!
