Booked a cartilage ear piercing here. The staff member who carried out the piercing was first class, explained the process thoroughly the piercing was done with almost not pain at all. While the staff were great, I was a little surprised to pay 40 for a gold starter stud and a bottle after-care solution. Web site says the piercing is free when you buy the stud. Finally, my piercing was done in the shop window! I was rather expecting a small room at at the rear of the store!

I have used Claire's in the past and to me it is the best accessories shop going in the Uk. I will visit anytime.

Called up to double-check an appointment. The person who picked up the phone flat out cancelled the appointment in a very rude manner and said "I am not doing that appointment" and then hung up the phone. We then went to superdrug, got great customer service and it was less than half price compared to Claires.
