        Bought a new chainsaw yesterday with the friendly and knowledgeable help of the staff - saw worked well but it later jammed due to my own experience. Brought it back on the following day with red face but the staff sorted out the problem in 5 minutes without making me feel embarrassed and didn't charge me either! What fantastic service! You would not get the same level of attention and service in the likes of B&Q. If you need to buy garden machinery and would appreciate great service and friendly support, you should no further than MGM!
