        Made me jump through loads of hoops to rent a property made loads of mistakes with documents lots of money for deposit and fees only to completely disappear when I was supposed to move. Lots of things wrong with the property Landlord not fixing it costing me extra money absolute bare minimum in a house that is very expensive to rent what a load of rubbish just a cash grab don't care about the houses they rent or the tenants that have to live there

        From the first contact with Ben we got nothing but courtesy and helpfulness. We live a long way away from the area and Ben was always willing to fit in with our travel arrangements, letting us into the house many times. He also arranged access for surveyor and inspection visits. Ben seems to know everyone who can do anything and even after we bought the house we feel we can ask him for help. We feel that this company was interested in selling us a home rather than just a house. Finally getting the keys was joyous and the staff even welcomed our dog!
