        Absolutely awful. These agents make up the law in an attempt to frighten you into doing what they say. They claim that as soon as you are in rental arrears you lose ALL legal rights. Do not listen to them. They peddle each others lies to make it sound more definitive. Never speak to them on the phone unless you are able to record it (apps are available to do this). Keep everything in writing.
