        Being quoted 140 for re-glazing of brand new unworn frames (but not bought at boots), was ridiculous. Might as well stick to online.

        I appreciate I arrived 10 minutes late but I didn't appreciate being told that it was up to them whether they would still see me or reschedule me for another day. My response was that I would take my business elsewhere as they obviously didn't need mine.

        Just had to return my new frameless glasses to Carmarthen having only picked them up on Monday. The arm on one side just fell off. These glasses cost 363.75. I live over 30 miles away so thats 60 miles round trip and two hours driving. And for all this trouble I was given four packs of Lens Wipe. I will definitely not be going back there. John
