Firstly I booked an appointment for a Wednesday at 2pm the week prior. I turned up to the appointment only to be told that my stylist was off sick for the week, and that they'd tried to call me to let me know. Utter B.S. considering my phone is glued to my hand 24/7. I rescheduled the appointment and went there today for it, the woman who washed my hair was incredibly gentle and careful doing the wash and I've nothing negative to say about her. The stylist however, despite me bringing a picture of exactly what I wanted, instead chose to cut my hair a-la village of the damned. I explained how I like the back of my neck shaved and the shape I prefer, she instead decided to just trim it short and do no shaping whatsoever. It was clear she just wanted to "get it done and get out of here" as my appointment was clearly the last of the day. After this experience I'm going back to cutting my own hair. 5 stars if you want whatever the stylist feels like doing. 1 star if you actually wanted to walk out of there with what you asked for and showed her.
