        Always greeted at the front desk with a friendly smile. For a corporate national bank they have really cemented their place as part of the community. Highly recommend- catrin leads the team by example. A great place to speak the local language too

        This must the friendliest, most helpful bank in the world. Walked in with my 93 year old Mam to sort out some things for her and from walking through the door to leaving it 10 minutes after, they were so friendly and efficient, and looked after our needs with some much care and empathy. Whoever is in charge of Nat West training should recruit these guys to do their customer service training Simply outstanding

        Terrible service.. the local mobile bank has been reduced from two afternoons a week to once a week for 30min. The closest branch is 45min away and are closed at the weekend!

        I can't express strongly enough how friendly and efficient all the staff at Carmarthen Natwest are. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they put you at ease and will do anything they can to help. I have visited the branch a few times during the pandemic and they give the same excellent customer service each and every time. Many thanks, Christine Fox
