        Very poor service -they don't answer the phone so you are put through to an answer machine. That's fine, but I've left 2 messages, the first 2 weeks ago and the second last week and have not had the courtesy of a response. I will always give the benefit of the doubt once, but no excuse for ignoring/missing 2 messages. Very poor customer service and needless to say I have taken my business elsewhere. If I were you I'd talk to Nigel Williams Opticians in Carmarthen and ask them to give you some tips - left a message with them today and got a call back within the hour. (I see I had a missed call this morning, but no message left. Added 1* but still very poor!)
