Thank you to everyone at the CCW team..excellent service from the office staff to the exceptional, high quality work carried out throughout the house in fitting our doors and windows. All workers involved from admin to the team on site were so professional, considerate and friendly and left the house very clean and tidy every day, despite the snow and rainy conditions they worked in. Faulty products, poor excuses and months of stress. AVOID. Pretty much all our windows and doors have faulty joins. After a prolonged period of trying to get a resolution, CCW stopped responding to my emails when I made the complaint official and threatened to go to trading standards. If you order anything remotely non standard there is no point going to the show room as this is not what you will get. Our windows and doors were outsourced to another manufacturer and there are multiple and blindingly obvious faults. CCW's response to my last review was that it was a "MANUFACTURING" fault and by inference, not their responsibility...?? This is both an admission that they fitted faulty windows AND an admission of non-existent quality control. The story so far is that we have an independent company ready to do the repairs and they are in contact with CCW and the manufacturer but I have phoned them four times in the last week and nothing is happening. This has caused a huge amount of stress over a prolonged period. Since CCW only seem to respond to negative reviews and not my emails this is my only course of action to get some resolution. CCW have done a brilliant job on our new windows and doors. We opted for aluminium (RAL7016 ) throughout which has really improved the appearance of our 1970s detached property. The designer aluminium doors are of such high quality and are a real joy to use - something I never thought Id say about a door! The CCW team were great to deal with from the beginning and were always quick to respond to our questions and queries. I wouldnt hesitate to use their expertise again. Cheers, Jon

AVOID AT ALL COST! I have just discovered it will take two weeks work and 5000 to repair the poor quality windows that this company fitted. We have endured a catalogue of delays, lack of information and downright lies from this company. Once the windows were installed we were promised the problems would be fixed but that we had to pay the balance otherwise we wouldnt get the FENSA certificate. That was over six months ago. After months of trying to get some sort of response we have finally had someone sent over to do the repair work. They have done an excellent job of repairing a tiny fraction of the work that needs doing but to do a complete repair is going to be so expensive it seems unlikely CCW will foot the Bill. I repeat AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!! Services: General door installation, General window replacement
