Ordered a hat off the website, unfortunately it was out of stock. They called me straight after and sorted everything out and helped me choose a more expensive alternative at no extra cost. It was delivered less than 24 hours later. Excellent service, highly recommended!

Fabulous service from the owner, Ben. My wife wanted a wetsuit and had never previously owned one. Ben was generous with his time, asking questions and listening to her replies to understand what she needed, and made some suggestions about different types of neoprene and the variety of closure types, price points etc . He then gave her a range of them to try on, checking with her how each one felt. Shes thrilled with the Roxy suit she chose and we will certainly return to Tonnau for any future purchases.

Really excellent customer support. I had a small issue with my order and they responded within minutes of me sending the email. It was great finding clothes on Tonnau Surf that were sold out on other sites, which meant I had an item I really wanted in time for my holiday.
