I don't know a lot about phones, but needed a new one, and Michael was so very helpful to explain everything to accommodate my needs. He transfered all from my old phone to my new one, including my old number. He also sorted the payment details, to get me up and running again. All done with a smile! Thank you for a great deal and great service!
