Ive been trying to get a replacement passport for 9 months and vhs refuse to assist even though the horse is registered with them. Ive emailed and called many times and now have involved the bhs and looking to involve defra and trading standards as its a legal document theyre withholding for no reason. The lady that does the passports has no costumer service skills and wants to get you off the phone as possible. Due to this I havent been able to get this horse a passport as she has had an existing passport with vhs so is unable to have vaccinations, go out competing etc.
