        Oh dear. Not a good experience. Estimator called 10 minutes prior to appointment this morning to postpone for a personal reason. I had arranged my morning around the appointment so was disappointed. I called the shop to explain that I will not be re-booking and express my disappointment. Only for the estimator to call me back and have a go at me for calling the shop. An absolutely disgusting service today, especially when it had been very good in the shop. I would have been ordering around 8-10k of flooring so its their loss. I wont be going back thats for sure. There are no excuses for treating customers so poorly, whoever the business is, Im actually quite shocked.
