I would give no stars if possible. I spoke with an advisor I believe to be by the name of 'Diane', regarding viewing a property which I had seen and was spoken to in a disgusting, rude, belittling manner. I was undermined and spoken to as if I was wasting her time. As a serious potential buyer I would have expected my enquiry to be taken seriously and not spoken to with such arrogance. I was extremely interested in the property and was looking to purchase, if on viewing it all seemed as expected, but I now would not deal with this company under any circumstances. If I was a vendor I would advise not to use this company as their attitude is very off putting to serious potential buyers and is likely to delay any sale.

The most professional, patient, friendly, and thoughtful group Ive ever had the pleasure to instruct! I bought a property from them and their service was very professional and they kept me informed throughout. It was a smooth process. However, they really shone when I sold the same property years later. The process (due to my buyers situation & their chosen lender) was excruciatingly drawn out and highly stressful. It took over 9 months! The team were more than patient, efficient, & highly communicative between all parties. They went above & beyond their remit by contacting other professionals (such as my vendors estate agent that was unduly unreasonable). The team does not just do their job, they make you feel that theyre invested in your whole situation. I felt listened to over any concerns or questions. A special thank you to Diana & Hannah who handled my sale. They made a ridiculously stressful process much easier on me.
