I'm pretty dissappointed with the servicing I recieved here. I currently touring on my bike and brought it in because I'm about to do a few big rides and was having issues. I was told it was a good day to bring it in, but once I got in the store the mechanic wasn't there to talk it over until Monday. I was told I'd get a call then to talk through what was going to be done with the bike, and also get a quote so I'd know pricing before anything happened, but halfway through the day I received a text saying it was all done. When I called the store to discuss I found the mechanic patronising, and he still didn't tell me what was included in the service, or how much it was all going to cost. On my next ride out the particular issue I went in with was so bad I had to take my bike to get fixed by someone else while I was in the middle of nowhere.
