Just received my vacuum cleaner. Straight away I knew something is wrong as box was re-taped. They sent me last piece from display with few scratches, faded colour on some places and missing accesories. Hope it will at last work.

Experienced a very poor service recently. Website was incorrect, I ordered 6 lightbulbs online and paid them including delivery charges at checkout. I was contacted by email a day later to inform me that only 2 bulbs were in stock and I was recommended for different bulbs. I informed them in my reply that I was specific looking for the bulbs that I ordered, they were continued to recommend a different type of bulb, which was not suitable. This email ping pong delayed my purchase by 3 days and I requested to cancel the 4 bulbs that they advertised in stock then emailed me said not in stock, and I asked them not to charge me for the 3.33 delivery charge (note online page shown 3 delivery charge, at checkout it was increased to 3.33), and send me the 2 bulbs asap. There were no reply, but an automated email saying my order was partially completed. I finally received the 2 bulbs after nearly 1 week from the day I ordered, but I was charged with the delivery fee! They ignored my email totally. In my opinion, this is a day light robbery! I could have ordered from their competitors website, much quicker and only pay for 1 delivery charges if they did not lie about the stock, and now I had to place my order twice with 2 sets of delivery charges, plus more than double amount of the waiting times. I will never order from this company again, they do not put customer at the centre of their service.
