        Kalavahti is an excellent guide, very knowledgeable about the subject and with many years of experience that allow her to identify the individual needs of each student. The classes are very productive and the study is super cozy. I highly recommend OM studio for anyone looking to follow the yoga path

        Best Yoga experience I have ever had, the teaching, the studio atmosphere, the groups and the Foundation Course I have undertaken have been wonderful and life changing, in so many positive ways. I would recommend to all, whatever age or background. Kalavathi as a Teacher is passionate, extremely knowledgeable and most engaging to learn and practice with. Thank you :)

        A Wonderful setting with birdsong all around.A great studio with a separate area with benches too have a chat or browse the various books available too read.Kalavathi,s teachings are Amazing, she guides students through the various postures and Pranayamas.Go along.I can guarantee that you won,t be dissapointed.Highly recommended.
