        We found our windows being unexpectedly cleaned this morning. As I had heard of local scams with window cleaning, I went outside and asked the employee to stop and to leave our property, as we hadn't asked for any service. He complied and that was that, no problems (hence no 1 star review). I later contacted the company and told them I was concerned for other people more vulnerable than us who might have simply paid up and not questioned the service, I also mentioned their obligation to maintain their records and asked for my data to be erased under GDPR. They responded by saying they were offended by the fact we thought it might have been a scam, they falsely claimed I had been aggressive to their employee and they refused to erase my data under GDPR. I don't know about how well they clean windows, but from a company professional perspective, it couldn't get any worse. Edit: The company's defense is that it's up to house owners to inform them of any change to ownership. That is untrue, please read UK GDPR principle (d): Accuracy.
