My husband ordered 70 worth of vaping liquid and nicotine 25/10/2020 they have taken the money out of our account however have not received the goods are they scammers if not where is the goods and why is the email address for them pings straight back.

I am reporting these people to trading standard, as they are bunch of thief who only trying to steal your money. I bought Aspire Skystar Revvo Kit from them and they send me USED vape with free gift!!! There was liquid still in tank, mod was obviously been used and was oil everywhere in box... I am not sure what the hell they been thinking when they sent used dirty item and charged me for new one!!! DO NOT BUY from them, they should wrap their business and shove up in their A** If GOOGL allow it I would name and shame them by easily searching their company name through companies house!!! I am sooooo annoyed

sold me an "ex display" e- cig unit, wasnt ex display, was obviously repaired (screws all scuffed and signs of heavy usage) maybe n repairedex demonstrator- certianly now a "dsiply item" basically a scam, and now they are hiding behind ebays (statutorially illegal btw) regulations and are refusing me refund on these grounds. unfortunately for these little toe rags... im a big fan of the law and im damn sure this review will cot em more than thre or four quid they would have to pay for having this item collected from me, but stupid is as stupid does. they want me to post it bck to them and run around printing labels etc.. not my business pal. you sell misdescried junk? you arrange return, end of story , thats the law, like it r lump it. they gonna have to lump it.
