James is fantastic to work with! Not only were the finished videos everything we had hoped for, but working with him during filming and through the edits was a pleasure. We began working with Ffocws Media following a recommendation from another local company, James was able to visualise exactly what we wanted to create and guide us through the process with a quick turnaround. He was very approachable, listened and acted on all our feedback. Since then, we have worked with Ffocws Media on another larger project in collaboration with a global partner to produce testimonial videos, given the restrictions these took a lot of organising and included multiple site visits, none of which was too much trouble. James has also produced content for our website and social media which has enabled us to showcase our in-house capabilities to a much wider audience, not just those who visit our site! We would definitely recommend working with Ffocws Media and are already planning our next opportunity!

We've been using Ffocws media for the last few years. They are a friendly, lovely, approachable, and knowledgeable team to work with. We had a great experience with them! The team is well-co-ordinated, quick to respond and update us on progress, and is highly responsive to our comments. Nothing is too much trouble. Always up to date with the latest tech and style, so we stay ahead of the competition. Visually we have certainly upped our game which is super important in our industry. Couldn't recommend James and the team enough.
