        Awful experience this morning. Worried about our dog and wanting to see a vet, our Barry practice couldnt fit us in, but we were offered Pontcanna. Drove all the way there to sit and wait for 1.5 hours and still not been seen. 1 vet who was with 1 animal the whole time, no apologies from the receptionist for the delay, seemed completely not bothered . Not what you expect from Vale Vets Im afraid. Had to leave the appointment for school run in the end so pet still unseen. Sadly this isnt the first time that weve struggled with appointments and certainly wont be going to Pontcanna again. Its a huge shame as the staff at Barry are lovely and yes, you expect waits now and again if there are more poorly pets than your own, but 1.5 hours is ridiculous with no explanation or management of the people that are waiting
