Such amazing bunch of staff, felt really looked after and kept us at ease and well informed, we found the Vet Daisy extremely funny and had us in stitches (not literally) after a very stressful day worried about our Fur Baby we came away with a smile. Daisy is also a miracle worker, as we came in with a lame whippet and walked out like nothing happened.. plus thank you for your expertise you made such a difference. Thank you

Very compassionate and kind staff. As much as nobody wants to be using an emergency vet, I was very impressed at their handling of everything. Credit where it is due, they were excellent.

Our dog ate some antipsoriasis cream. Valley vets were brilliant throughout - saw him quickly on a Friday night (11pm) and looked after him well for monitoring, bloodwork, activated charcoal, fluids. Answered the phone well, kept us up to date on necessary updates, and even on Sunday night when he had to come back in for a final blood test and it was really busy, we were seen within the hour and even told our calcium result whilst we were there! On Saturday night we had to call them as they didn't call us, but otherwise excellent work.he is all better now and the vets were calm, knowledgeable and reassuring when we went through so much panic.

Can't thank the staff at valley vets hospital enough! My dog Luna got taken in on a Saturday for an emergency appointment as she was unable to stand on her back legs out of no where, Luna was seen my Nia and the pain specialist and had her second lot of X-rays done where I was told they think Luna needs to see a neurologist asap. Luna had been diagnosed by a different vet clinic prior to this and we was told that Luna had a tear in her ligament. The vets from valley vets referred Luna straight away to langford vets and we finally got answers Luna was diagnosed with polyradiculneutris where Luna become completely paralysed. Luna then went back to valley vets for physiotherapy with Nicki and she started hydrotherapy with Alysia. I can't thank them both enough for the support I received from the two of them! They were absolutely incredible with Luna and shortly after Luna began to improve and finally she's now back walking! I definitely think physio and hydro with the girls helped Luna to learn to walk again And they both had a massive part to play in it! I wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else the support from all the staff were incredible! But a massive shout out to Alysia and Nicki they are a credit to have on your team! I will forever be greatful!

Thank you so much to all the staff at Valley Veterinary Hospital for helping our border collie Jess last Friday. Jess was incredibly poorly and had been diagnosed with IMHA at our usual practice and we had to bring her to the hospital. The vet who admitted her was amazing and explained everything really well and what our options were. Jess had a blood transfusion, they assured us a nurse would be with her during the transfusion to monitor her. She responded well to the transfusion and we were able to bring her home the following day with medication to help stop her immune system attacking her red blood cells. The vet who helped us when we picked her up and the staff on the front desk were so lovely. Jess has improved so much over the last week. Thank you so much for saving Jess life, she is doing really well. Thank you so, so much. You are all angels xxx
