    Spoke with Gareth today on the technical team as my Nuaire machine wouldnt start up. After advising on checking varies wires etc in the loft the unit was deemed to be showing a software fault and looking into my order and speaking with his manager Gareth has arranged for the unit to be replaced under warranty. Cannot thank Gareth and his manager ( didnt get his/her name ) enough. 10/10.

    There machine is good but when it goes wrong god help you. There technical team are really un-helpful and rude is an understatement. And for me its all about the aftersales. There are quite a few manufacturers that make the same type of machine they all do the exact same thing worth looking for alternatives. Poor customer service seems to be majorly of the reviews you think they would read the feedback and management would pull there finger out.

    Beyond dissatisfied with the level of service. My MRXBOX has never worked despite me moving into my flat in April of this year and despite numerous attempts on my part to get this fixed I am still without a working ventilation system. There really is no excuse for such poor service or poor workmanship in the first place of installing a faulty system.
