Amazing service from these guys. Vans were in A1 condition and very well kitted out. Very easy to deal with, very friendly and informative staff. Will definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend to family and friends.

My wife had booked last weekend away as a surprise for my birthday, she hired the lwb crafter campervan from Jim bobs buses, we had the best time ever, the camper was amazing, everything you needed it had and really comfortable to sleep we had a great time, and the staff over the phone were great, when we went to pick it up I think it was the owner who gave it to us really nice guy, gave us loads of information and what to do, I can't wait to hire another and go again

Jimbobs buses came to our rescue after being let down by someone else at the last minute. They were super friendly and totally professional. Everything was easy for us and nothing too much trouble for them. Won't be going anywhere else in future.

It may have only been a month since our last Jim Bob's Buses experience but we just couldn't wait to do it again! Same van, same awesome customer service and another wicked camper van experience! Welsh company, Welsh roads, only one suitable Welsh word to use...LUSH!

What a great experience and holiday, hired the VW T5.1, planned the trip which took us to scotish highlands and Isle of Skye, Loch Ness, Loch Lomond and the trossachs, Ben Nevis, then to the lake district finishing with our final stopover in the Malverns, Camper was very comfortable and a pleasure to drive, dont let the cost of fuel put you off, these vans are fantastic, we did 1489 miles and after calculations managed an amazing average of 47MPG with careful driving, the camper takes only a few minutes to set up on arrivel regardless of weather as you dont even need to get out, Jimbobsbuses are a pleasure to deal with, the booking process was easy as the website is so simple to navigate, the collection of vehicle was easy and they show you how everything works, there is nothing i can say that is negative, well done Jimbob, we are already planning our next trip and will hopefully be booking a camper for same time next year within the next week. Thank you so much, Huw and Dawn (have attached some photos of us enjoying the great out doors, mainly eating and drinking)
