        Van was dirty inside and out on drop off and tracking was out by miles. After calling up and taking it 40 mins to then to rectify, they said they dont do tracking and I had to ring another number. Done that and after waiting 20 mins to get through I was told they cant help. Went back into the NG reception and waiting around another 20 mins they booked me in somewhere for the tracking to be done. After a 2 hour wait it was done. On the motorway on the way home and tracking hasnt been touched. Still miles off. Lazy service all round.
