Purchased my beautiful Mercedes Benz from cardiff trade sales , the service has been absolutely amazing, we were advised by a good friend also client -Mike that we should only consider buying a quality used car from CTS , we are so happy we listened and purchased our stunning car from them - I would like to say a massive thank you to Lee- the owner of cardiff trade sales , we had a few small issues with the car - teething problems really - he was an absolute gentleman and sorted everything out - probably the best car dealership we have ever been to .

Amazing service. Purchased an Audi A3 online, so went in blind. However was thoroughly updated throughout the entire process. The car is impeccable, and I cannot fault it at all, was also serviced, and MOTD on the day of pick up, CTS also changed an advisory and fitted new break pads and discs to the car at no additional cost. Opted for additional warranty, as its well worth the peace of mind. Very well priced car. Would like to personally thank Dean, as his service was top draw throughout. From finding, to purchasing and then pick up in just 2 days! Hes a gentleman, and it was a pleasure to have bought my car through him. Thank You Cardiff Trade Sales.

I highly recommend this committed caring garage. I recently purchased an Audi Q3 and it was one of the easiest car purchases I have made. Nothing was too much, in fact they were telling me not to take it away and that they wanted to make sure its MOTD, serviced and valeted (again) before it left them. I will certainly be using them again. Jagu was an excellent salesman and Deans aftercare was also second to none! What a rare find! If you want an honest, caring, genuine garage go here first on your car search!
