You have welcome and provided excellent but your after care is hopeless ie. Returning Reserved Money is increable and so many time phone and not returned.

Terrible experience when visiting this place. On two occasions sales staff were all over me like a rash as soon as I walked through the door. The pressure was sky-high. They were clearly playing for a 'now-or-never' sale. I went for the latter option. On the other occasion, the salesperson was very rude. I got talking to him, and he went back to his previous customer, who wanted to go on a test drive. The service I have experienced here is utterly appalling, and I will be giving them a wide berth in the future. I would advise anyone else to do the same. - I do not believe CarShop take feedback seriously, otherwise it would have been acted on prior to me posting this review. Also, my review is based on three visits to the Cardiff site, not just the one.

Shades of Time Share selling tactics, its not a great experience. In my case the delivery aspect was the worst element. My advice, if you choose to buy from them, is to totally disregard the Advantage and Advantage plus packages and save yourself money and disappointment.

Car took an age to deliver to the Cardiff store but was a good little first car for my 17yr old daughter. Darius guided me through the test drive and buying of the vehicle smoothly.All in all a good experience.
