Excellent Service Throughout the Purchase! From the 1st day looking at the vehicle Tristan passed over the keys and left me take some good time to review the vehicle. Sold with the wrong spare key in June. Now December and I still havent received the spare key. After sales experience has been terrible. Would never have bought the car if I knew it only had 1 key

Dreadful after sales service. Bought an Audi Q5 and the bumper paint started peeling off in less than 6 months of me having the car. Spoke with Tristan and he asked me to send him an email with the pics which I did promptly. Sent them 3 emails in total and have been constantly chasing them since then, however, not even a single reply or courtesy from these people and it has been over a month of me chasing them. Absolutely pathetic after sales service. AVOID

Hello l just recently bought a BMW X3 from Tim Hayward cars and l must say that from start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with them. I had been looking for an high spec X3 for a few weeks and happened to stumble across this one. Tristan made everything easy and communicated throughout the purchase. Brilliant service, outstanding car what more can l say.
