I found a car through CarGurus at this dealership, so didn't see the reviews at first. The dealership is fine but absolutely has no bells or whistles as it markets itself as a "trade" dealership. They also sell cars with guarentees but it's generally a very rough and ready low-budget garage. The price I got my car for was fair, and I was offered a further discount if I didn't want the paint damage fixed. The customer service was not polished but not aggressive, I felt it was fairly honest and that they just wanted to move the car on for a fair price...they didn't know much about the car though, for example i was told there was no spare tyre, but the aa inspection found one! Had no trouble getting the car inspection organised, but Jason the owner did take pains to explain to me that faults are always found by AA...I don't think this was manipulative, as that's what I had heard on the internet as well. Their card machine failed when I was due to buy it, and that was a sticking point, because I'd've preferred to pay by card, but I was confident in the car...I was told that the car wouldn't be held any longer (2 weeks) if I didn't close the deal though...If I hadn't been sure about the car that would have been a problem. When I picked it up to do the paperwork Dave helped us to pay our road tax too as I hadn't done it. I was allowed to test-drive the car by myself because I turned up early, and that was nice. They don't expect much from you, and you shouldn't expect much from them. TL:DR A no-frills dealership for low budget cars, does what it says on the tin, do your research.

Travelled from Bournemouth to Cardiff to potentially buy a car that ticked all our boxes perfectly on the website. So we rang first to make sure the car was prepared. On arrival the car had a flat battery and would not start. Finally got the car to start. Air conditioning would only blow hot, steering wheel was falling apart and dangerous, top of gear stick was missing, tyres were below the legal limit, there was no key for locking wheel nuts, the car was filthy dirty inside so they sprayed everything with silicone (including the boiled sweet in the centre console). The test drive was in a straight line to the first roundabout and back again. How can you test drive a car in a straight line for a quarter of a mile? A waste of time. I would think very carefully about buying a wheelbarrow from this car dealer and certainly wouldn't buy a car from them. I give it one star because I can't give it any less.
