I picked up my 3rd car on Sunday from Cooper's and one again received fantastic service and all 3 cars have been prepared to the Highest standard would Highly recommend.

I bought a Audi A3 from you on Aprill 2022. I now find the car has the following fault: I have taken my car for an MOT they have said it was impossible to pass 12 months ago on the MOT as the dpf has been cut out. Also when i brought the car engine light came on same day and The garage said it needed a Re-Gen however that is impossible as there is no dpf on there. When called they said to bring the car they will take a look and see what they can do but didn't offer any help with getting my car there as it has expired it's mot date. They said they comment on it as they need to look themselves so now it's going to cost me over 2000 but in the process off going through trading standards and make them pay through cusumers rights act 2015. If you buy car here make sure you take it to another gagrage well worth paying 50 for someone else to take a proper look at the car before the warranty ends.
