Echo what others have said. Van advertised with less mileage than it actually had done. Delivered to South East with petrol light on, basically too tight to pay fuel. Service history and spare key took two months to arrive. Van is ok but customer service pretty shambolic after initial purchase.

Bought a Van ( for Taxi ) from citywide Van Sales. Dealt with Simon from the beginning to the end and he couldnt be anymore helpful than what he was . Saw the van on eBay and called him up . Once spoke to him I paid a deposit of 200 to keep the van on hold . Then 2 days later I went to test drive the van which I did and I was happy with everything so I bought the van and drove home with it . A few days later the automatic transmission started having problems. Called Simon who advised me to take it to a garage or he can get someone to come and pick up the van to take it back to him for repair. So Simon sent some one to pick the van from Essex Which is over 200 miles away from Cardiff and left me with a courtesy car to get by in the min time . He then repaired the van and dropped it back to me and its driving perfectly fine . So thanks to Simon and his team .

Bought a van last year which I was told would be serviced and when servicing it this year I found out I was lied to!!

I bought a van from these guys last year and there was a bit of an issue with a job that I requested to be done delaying me a week of picking it up. However due to this I was offered a free MOT as a goodwill gesture the following year. I rang them to book it in which they remembered and honoured. I drOve the van to their garage. The MOT failed on some snapped exhaust brackets which was genuine but fair play to Gary he told me where I could get it fixed quickly which I done and then I went back to pick up my pass MOT certificate. They have been very helpful and my son still remembers Simon from when we bought it and how kind he was and unless they heyre in trouble kids dont lie and say it as it is and see people for what they are. Simon and Gary you are 2 great gentleman who I will recommend. Thank you both very much for everything you have done. Ash
