Brilliant purchase and handover experience, they really worked to go the extra mile. Unfortunately, a few months later, the car suffered a timing chain fault and the warrenty company refused to pay out (even though it was then effectively a non-runner). I could understand maybe a minor issue, but a complete engine failure is cause for a payout from the warrenty. Buy the car, but just not the warrenty (you'd be better off not bothering and saving money. If you're really bothered, go to one of the bigger, more trusted providers) Edit: Thanks for your response, basically, they just didn't pay out on what was a complete failure of the engine. I've also upped from 2 to 4 stars because it really wasn't anything to do with you, just the warrenty providor.
