I had the first service for my Fiat motorhome done here recently. Part of the service involved an oil change but they sent me away with the minimum of oil and alarms flashing on my dashboard. I reported the problem the following day and Kirsty Evans promised to send out another 6 litre bottle so I could fill the oil. The promised oil failed to arrive despite Kirsty's best efforts, so she eventually delivered the oil herself as nobody else at the company seemed capable. Many thanks Kirsty. I hope the company realises what a gem of an employee they have.

Great dealership. Speedy service. Had the vehicle a few days due to parts availability but same everywhere at the minute so dealership not to blame. Cant fault the service everytime

Avoid this company whatever the cost I booked my grab lorry in for gearbox linkage repair for the Monday, dropped of Fri before. 1-2 days work absolute maximum, it took them nearly 5 wks to fix at cost of 1500 and loss of my earnings in excess of 12000. No communication, no emails, constantly promising to ring back with updates, I asked to speak to manager but apparently they havent got one and the managing director didnt deal with complaints even though I was threatening to claim against them for loss of earnings, seems odd that perhaps I was lied to. They dont understand the importance of getting your hgv back on the road as soon as possible being an owner driver, seems their more interested in the big money contracts. Will NEVER use this incompetent, unprofessional, useless company again.
